Great customer service! I didn't have to hold long when they offered to call me back. When our loved one passed away they made it very easy to return the items we did not use. Customer service representatives we polite, professional and so kind. Great company!

As usual, I received my order in 2 days. It was heavier than it usually was, and after opening it, I realized I received more than normal. I thought I made an error while ordering. I sent an email asking what I did wrong. However, turned out that it was a warehouse error. Customer service apologized and as a courtesy said I could keep the extra. I have had nothing but excellent service from Carewell and this went above that. I appreciate the quick responses and clear communication.
