I was very happy with the online help. I ordered the flat pads for my cat. She's getting older and the flat pads work wonderfully. The delivery was fast and actually came in Prevail bags instead of clear bags. Thank you for your fist email, I've been searching for the original online store that I was using, but couldn't remember their name. I'm happy about everything this company has to offer.
