Nothing offensive happened a very great experience

The staff, Ms. Tara, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. It was a nice experience.

I moved my relative from a nursing home to my house. I am in a trial and error period with adult care products. Carewell has been a solid bridge to assist with this transition. Whenever I called they showed me an outstanding customer service. So far all products I have used I reorder because of the quality of the products.

I have now ordered products twice for my mother from Carewell. First order was easy and arrived quickly. I decided to set up auto ship to simplify my life even more. Krystyna was so helpful and assured me that all was right with my order. I find customer service lacking in almost every direction I turn. Not so with this company! I’m really impressed. Thank you Krystyna!!

I called with what could have been further frustration regarding too much product delivered but Dylan from Customer Service just came right beside us by responding with a solution! I call it “solution with a smile!” Service is rarely found these days but with a smile, that’s priceless! Thanks for helping us out!

Easy to deal with great customer service thanks again

My order was mis-routed by fedex which technically is not carewell’s fault, but the order was for under pads for my father who is in hospice now and i really needed those pads fast and when i called carewell upset about the package leaving NJ and going to OR instead of NY they sent out a free replacement which i really appreciate.
