CarewellReviews of carewell.com

Ordering online was easy and the cost for catheter bags--leg and overnight drainage bags--was very good. Using auto refill reduced the cost even more. I am very pleased with the quality of these products.

Outstanding people, always patient with my questions and problems. Orders are accurate and delivered as promised. Knowing that the attitude will be this way each time encourages me to call anytime I have a question or need help. Also very welcome is the educational material presented. I have learned a lot from just reading on the site.

Knowledgeable and courteous representativo. Speed of delivery. Always have product I am looking for Convienance. Thank you.

When someone picks up the phone at Carewell there is always someone on the other end that is enthusiastic and willing to help. All deliveries are either on time or ahead of schedule.

The customer service rep Stephanie was amazing she made me feel like she knew me and understood what I am going through. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was the best I have ever had.

They have a wonderful array of products for this sector, but you can buy them many places. What makes Carewell stand out is there customer service, which is right up with my gold standard, AppleCare.

There are so many online medical supply companies out there, but you differ really seem to care and reach out to help. Your online support has been great when a product I use every day for my husband was on back order at my request online person reached out to manufacture supplier to see if it was being discontinued or really just on back order. Happily, it is now in stock, and I have on automatic reorder.

Dear Friends, I'm very impressed with how quickly I received my order as well as its great quality and sturdiness. It was very easy to assemble, too. My heartfelt thanks to you and your staff. Sincerely, Alicia C. Macias 11-02-2022
