Due to an error on my part, my auto delivery was discontinued. By the time I realized what had happened, I had less than a weeks worth of the product left. Being bedridden, I can’t just run out to the store. So I called Carewell to see if they could correct the problem. I was connected to Stephanie who, in less than five minutes has the issue corrected, a new order rushed to me and I was back on auto delivery. Stephanie was not just professional and knowledgeable, but very kind, patient and understanding. Never once was I made to feel uncomfortable. I’m so pleased with the outcome and consider myself very lucky to be a customer of Carewell.

I have been using the Prevail diapers for over a year and I am very satisfied with the product. They are very absorbent, comfortable to wear, made very well and not at all irritating. the Carewell people are very helpful and accommodating. The deliveries are so fast and easy. It is one aspect of my life I don't have to worry about at all. Totally reliable company and product.

I had to stop automatic delivery for items for my father due to his passing. I called the customer service number and asked for a callback. A rep called me back within 20 minutes and couldn't have been nicer. When I explained my situation, she immediately went to work cancelling the subscription with empathy and care. When the request was complete, she sincerely expressed her condolences and asked if there was anything else she could do to help. Her voice was incredibly genuine, kind, and compassionate. Truly a top notch customer service rep and I am very impressed. She made a very painful experience a little less painful with the way she treated me. I am truly grateful.

The delivery is faster than Amazon and the order procedure is better, too. I have used Carewell twice and will continue to use this company.
