Was a bit leery ordering from a company I’ve never ordered from before. But everything they claimed they would do was true plus they reached out to thank me for ordering from them and offered their help in any future purchases.

Signing up with Carewell's autoship program was a huge relief. Always having to search for a particular brand of hard-to-find but very necessary disposable product had been an ongoing headache before we found Carewell. We had tried autoship with other companies but would often get very delayed shipments or even none at all. I don't know how Carewell does it, but they consistently have what we need and ship it right on schedule. We are so thankful!

I was ordering for my elderly mother who had taken a fall and needed certain supplies while incapacitated. I didn't realize I had a recurring order. They were very helpful and more than fair in returns and money refund. I now check their site first on supplies of any kind I need for mom.
