Carewell is an excellent company when needing adult diapers. As a seasoned healthcare worker, I know an excellent diaper. It is worth the cost because you use less number of them throughout the day and night. My client no longer has accidents/ leakage! The customer service is extremely helpful. It’s easy to make an order, change an order or change the brand. It has been a positive experience.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. When making changes to an order, and asking for recommendations as my Mom’s needs change- they couldn’t be more helpful. Not only in product recommendations but in automated shipments, billing and other conveniences for me.
