I order adult diapers (pull-up) and booster pads. Diapers are on auto delivery…sometimes that needs to be changed…Carewell is always helpful and accommodating! I can always get ahold of a customer service representative that helps with whatever I need! Highly recommend!

Carewell has incredible customer service. My order was delivered next day, but when I went out to get it, it wasnt there. I contacted customer service and they were able to find/send me photo proof of delivery... but the package still wasn't there so they are replacing it for free. Honestly one of the best customer experiences I've ever had when something goes wrong. Highly recommend shopping with Carewell
