Our consultant did a great job finding what we were looking for, in particular areas of town and scheduling many virtual and in person tours. She did a superb job of explaining everything to our cousin and why he had to move. Also referring a great moving company. Everything was superb. She has been following up with us weekly to help if need be.

CarePatrol was very helpful and was able to assist us in finding 2 different places for our dad. In addition they helped him find transportation between places.

What a wonderful operation for families who need assistance with finding a loved one a wonderful place. I was referred to them on a Wednesday evening and by Thursday morning after discussing details, I had five suggested locations and two visit appointments set up. Johnathan and Reba are very professional and are caring individuals. They held my hand through the process and answered any questions that I may have had regarding the home. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs assistance! It was a wonderful and blessed experience for my family. Thank you both!

Amy, has been wonderful over the years. Over the last five years we have had to move my mom from the hospital after a serious car accident to rehab and two assisted living facilities. And Amy has been very helpful, knowledgeable and answered many questions. She has also help us through some sticky situations and in the process become a friend, as well. Thank you Amy and Care Patrol. The service you offer is beyond what I could have done on my own.

Hi Doyle was very helpful in this confusing time for our family. Thanks!

Melanie was a godsend for our family. When my mother needed assisted living we had no idea how to proceed. Melanie filled in all the blanks and helped us make good choices.

Working with Lisa Richardson was a great help. She connected us with another agency to help get VA benefits for our Dad. She was also very considered of our schedules so we could all be present to tour the assisted living homes. It was very thoughtful of her to come the day my dad went into to Clifden Court to meet him and make sure everything was okay.

Bonnie has been amazing. She responded immediately when I reached out and has helped to guide me at each step. Thank you for everything 😊
