What a wonderful experience we had with Kisha!! Her concern for my Mom was genuine and we could not have asked for a better person to guide us when looking for a place for her to move to receive assisted living. I would highly recommend her and CarePatrol to anyone with these types of need!

I was overwhelmed by the swift and unexpected decline in my husband after routine back surgery followed by a significant stroke. I kept getting sharply divided prognoses from his surgeon, neurosurgeon, physical therapists and nurses. As a gradually realized that home care was out, all other options seemed to be on the table, across the whole spectrum of care institutions. As the weeks went by, Sandy Wake became my lifeline in the search for solutions, even as my husband’s needs constantly changed. At the end, we had to double back and execute a final plan over a weekend, basically. Sandi helped me to a solution I feel very, very good about. Without her, I would never have found it. On top of her expertise, she is wise and compassionate. I couldn’t rate her high enough because the numbers simply don’t reach high enough. I will count her as a blessing in my life forever.

Marty was invaluable in identifying places that fit our criteria. She set up all of our visits and made sure that we got answers to our questions. This would have been an arduous task to accomplish without Marty's guidance. Our family members were quite nervous about the move to assisted living, and Marty handled their concerns with empathy and respect. I highly recommend this service for anyone who is seeking information on senior living.

Cathy was excellent at helping to find the right location for my mom. She streamlined the process and knows how to steer and direct families while considering needs and finances. And she is absolutely delightful. I’m grateful to her and for her generous assistance. I would highly recommend her.

She supported my needs in a timely manner, offered a variety of choices, asked questions I missed of providers; always with a view of my mothers complicated health issues, enabling me to make a difficult, informed decision.
