CarePatrol did a fantastic job of helping our family find the best place for our 86-year-old family member who has dementia. They took us on tours of a number of places that met our needs as far as budget and location, and we found the perfect place within a relatively short amount of time. We are very grateful to CarePatrol and highly recommend them.

Using Care Patrol was such a big help for us! We had no idea where to start and how to proceed and Rhonda came alongside us and helped steer us to the right place for our friend. A very important piece that we wouldn't have been aware of is the potential for VA benefits. Rhonda mentioned this and we will be able to apply when the time comes -- very helpful!

Recently, my wife needed to be placed in memory care due to a recent diagnosis of dementia. Prior to leaving the hospital, Myra from CarePatrol contacted me and explained everything involved with choosing a care facility. She is a good communicator, has an excellent background for this line of work. She was kind and thoughtful every step of the way. Placing your loved one into assisted living is never an easy proposition, but thanks to Myra I believe the transition was as smooth as could be expected. Care patrol was a lifesaver. My 89 year old mother had injured her back and is in the beginning stages of dementia. I didn’t know what to do. Marilyn carefully listened to my mothers needs, informed us as to the different levels of care that are available and asked us where in the Lehigh Valley we were comfortable with. Within a day she had provided us with several locations that met our needs. Once we narrowed down our choices to three assisted living facilities, she immediately set up interviews. Marilyn accompanied us to the interviews, assisted us in asking the questions I had written down, and during the tours it was nice to have an extra set of eyes and ears. She kept in touch, and offered continued support. I would recommend Care Patrol to anyone making life choices for their elderly parent.
