Ron, our Care Patrol representative, did all the footwork helping us find the right and perfect living situation for Bob - a place he could afford that offered all the services he needed. It saved me weeks of phone calls as Ron was able to pinpoint the right place based on Bob's needs and finances. Bob has since moved and is actually flourishing in his new home. And instead of getting a new car, Bob opened an Uber account! I highly recommend Care Patrol. You can trust them to give you accurate and honest information in a very timely manner with absolutely no pressure to decide. Save yourself a lot of time and grief and give them a call. Rich Russo was referred to me at a time when we were in crisis and needed a place for our mom almost immediately. Where to start looking and becoming knowledgeable about the decisions to be made was overwhelming. Speaking to Rich helped me relax immediately as he knew what questions I needed to ask and had answers to anything I needed to know. Within 24 hours I had a good option in front of me. I'm grateful to Rich and his expertise for guiding me through such a difficult time and highly recommend his services!

Sharon was an excellent liaison in helping us find the place for our mom. She kept following up, to be sure we were on the right track. She even came to visit mom after she moved in. I would highly recommend her!

Care Patrol was very helpful in helping us find an assisted living facility for Cecelia Marken. We did have some miscommunication about furniture for the studio apartment. I would suggest that in the future be very specific about what you are furnishing. Other than that, we had a very good experience working with Care Patrol. We would recommend them to others. We have left a pamphlet in our community office so that if anyone in our village would need information about Assisted Living the office manager would be able to give them the number to Care Patrol.

Susan Nichols has helped our family two times, first with my 93 year old Mother, who needed memory care and second, with my brother-in-law, who needed senior housing. Both times, she has been professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. Further, Susan has amazed me with the speed in which she makes the appointments to visit various communities; she listened to our needs and within a day or two, we were visiting the communities that she felt met those needs. The places she found for our loved ones have been perfect fits! I honestly cannot say enough about what a wonderful service Care Patrol is because of your superb representative, Susan Nichols!
