The help that we received from Barbara with Care Patrol was invaluable. We had only a couple days to find a suitable assisted living home for my aunt and Barbara knew her stuff. She showed us the places that would best fit our needs and within a few days she was moved in and getting the care she needs. Thank you Care Patrol and Barbara for making an overwhelming situation a lot easier to navigate.

Care Patrol was absolutely amazing with helping my family. We had to move our mother from Florida to Virginia. Our representative (Angela W.) in Florida was so nice, patient, comforting, and helpful with recommendations. She got us in touch with a realtor and social worker in FL, and representatives for assisted living in Virginia. We moved our mother to Virginia, and the CarePatrol worker here (Christina E.) in VA was SO great! She helped us with assisted living, came with us for the tours, helped with financial stuff, and walked us through different things we needed to do with moving our mother up here. There was so much to do, and everything was overwhelming. Christina was calm, patient, nice, knowledgeable, responded to my emails and phone calls quickly, and such a tremendous help. She even contacted me, to make sure all was OK, once our mother moved into assisted living. I was so lost on where to start with helping our mother. The guidance CarePatrol gave us from beginning to end was incredibly appreciated and excellent. I am so thankful for CarePatrol, and the wonderful team they have!
