The service was wonderful and very helpful. Sandi Wake was my agent. The only thing that was of concern was one of the homes that was recommended. I had a trusted source and family tell me not to go to that facility due to mistreatment of family members and residents. When I mentioned the facility to family members they both said DO NOT send him there. It would be of benefit to CP and their clients to really research the facility and get feedback from residents and family members before recommending them.

Scott was incredibly helpful and resourceful, found us several great options in a very tight time frame. We toured several places and selected the right assisted care facility for our mom within 48 hours of meeting him. We were getting ready to panic, and Scott provided not only great leads and advice, he provided emotional support and genuine caring. Our family is so grateful. Thank you!
