Paula was great. She fought very hard for my family member At times she was met with circumstances that she didn’t create, nevertheless, she handled it with professionalism. I would certainly use Care Patrols services again and recommend to others.

Roxana came into our lives at a very crucial moment in our family’s life. My Mom had been hospitalized and then spent 5 weeks at the Plumtree in rehabilitation. The social services director put Roxana in our lives. She was so expeditious and professional by lining up 4 group care homes for us to look at. We visited one first of all that was two blocks from our home and her Doctoes office and had a 24 hour staff on hand. The place was perfect for her and us. Professsional staff, clean and beautiful surroundings and more than I ever expected. She cut through the paperwork for us and helped emensely with everything right on through the entire process. She followed up by phone and with personal visits. She was an answer to prayer for us. Jim Gailey

Care Patrol was awesome! I live in Massachusetts and my cousin lives in Florida. She was in Health South and was transitioned to assisted living so smoothly. I got so much help as well as assurance that my family member would be safely taken care of. They made it so easy for me to take care of a family member even though I was in a different state. They were also knowledgeable in regards to filling out papers or giving me names of people who could help me. I would recommend Care Patrol to anyone!

My Care Patrol rep, Tammy McGown, was a God send during a stressful time for me. With my mom in a wheelchair and a broken arm, I desperately needed help finding a place that would give her the best care in the Cobb County, GA area. But Mom's worst fear has always been going into a nursing home. Tammy took the time to educate us on Personal Care Homes and picked out several for us to visit until we found just the perfect one for my mom. Thank you Tammy McGown for all of your research, time spent with us, patience, compassion, and knowledge. I could not have done it with out you!!!!
