Joellen from Care Patrol in Cape Coral, FL took my father to visit several assisted living facilities and found one that he loved and soon moved into. He was demanding; Joellen was calm and patient. She even took him to buy a bed, went way above and beyond. Thank you!

Cindy was great throughout the entire process of helping me find a home for Mom. She was very knowledgeable about the locations and even when I asked to see a specific building that she mentioned would not be a good fit, she took me there anyway so I could just see have the comparisons to make. She was prompt in setting up the showings and did not push me to make any decisions. There was a gap in time when I thought maybe I should not make a move and keep trying to have Mom stay at home and she just sat back and waited for my call to proceed with looking around again. I would absolutely recommend her!
