CarePatrol is doing an amazing job of helping me through one of the most challenging situations of my life. She has been much more than a liaison with the Assisted Living facilities - she has kept me calm and focused every time things seemed to be veering off the rails! Barb was very knowledgeable of the community and was able to find me an assisted living facility that fit my needs. I also received constant, relevant information from her. Barbara started working on finding a group home for my mother the day I first contacted her even though I thought I had two weeks before it would be needed. The very next day after talking to her, I received a call from the hospital stating that my mother would not be sent to rehab and was being discharged. Thanks to her early work, I was shown three facilities on the day she was being discharged and was able to choose one for my mother. I am very thankful for her being ahead of the “game” and having facilities lined up for me to review.

These people are wonderful! I can not tell you how helpful they are and the person I had Amy, there are not enough words to describe how helpful she was. I trusted her completely and she did not let me down. She found the perfect place for my Mother and my Mother is so happy now. I cannot thank her enough.
