Care Patrol (Mike) has been outstanding in assisting our family with the services that we needed. Locating the centers; and giving us tours of each facility; then answering all are questions and keeping us informed through the whole process.

Jim was amazing! He recommended facilities, he also met me at each site and attended the screening sessions and interviews with me. He even went out of his way to pick me up at work and bring me to an interview and tour. He also made himself available evenings and weekends to answer my questions and help me navigate through the decision process by highlighting things that were important for me to consider. Every person's needs really are a bit different and Jim has the ability to understand your needs and match you to a facility that has the best chance of meeting them.
