Carepatrol’s Pamela Sanderson was extraordinarily helpful in my efforts to find a high-quality “independent living” residence for my ailing brother. She helped me with prices, locations, negotiations and finalizing the arrangements. She took part in the discussions as well. And, after the move-in, when I thought there was a problem, she helped me with that too – all done at times not convenient for her. She even helped finding veterans assistance. My family was so happy to learn about Care Patrol when beginning our search for an assisted living place for mom and dad. They helped us with our dialogue in talking with our parents, arranged for tours of facilities, told us about additional monies we could apply for, and provided assistance whenever we asked for help. She exhibited nothing but the utmost concern for helping me find a suitible assisted living facility for my mom Jenn arranged for a tour of several possibilities. We selected one and then when that faciility declined to help mom, Jenn jumped back in the search to help find another facility. The second place was selected and is now moms new residence. Jenn is a very knowledgeble professional who made a difficult situation easier for me to handle. She went above and beyond to help find mom a new place.

Mark, our Care Patrol representative, was very easy to work with. We had the possibility of needing a home anywhere from 1 day to 1 week out. He narrowed down the possibilities, took us to visit the homes, and helped us work through the pros and cons of each place. We are very happy with the placement for our mom/wife and couldn't be happier with Care Patrol.

The company has been extremely helpful in helping me to find the right place for my sister. I will be forever thankful for all their help and encouragement.
