Words cannot possibly express our gratitude to Jane Nichols of Care Patrol whose assistance, guidance, and leadership were invaluable to the smooth transition of our loved one from a rehabilitation hospital to an assisted living facility. We could not possibly have made this extremely challenging move without Jane's guidance and advice. She provided excellent options, toured various facilities with us, arranged every visit, thought of every detail, explained the pros and cons of each big decision, and took as much care of us as if we were family members, all the while checking with us to provide exemplary service and responding to our needs, questions, and concerns. This extraordinary woman knows and understands every possible detail involved in this kind of transition. She made a very complicated situation and multiple decisions seem effortless. In addition, she made all necessary arrangements for us, including many that we had not even thought of. She even took our loved one's very large golden retriever to visit him in the hospital because she knew it would lift his spirits. We are forever grateful to this incredibly warm, kind, caring, intelligent, organized, knowledgeable, and giving person, Jane Nichols. She not only knows and understands every single issue that could occur regarding such a move and how to address each one, she does so with finesse. In addition to her keen understanding of the process of moving a loved one to a structured health care environment, Jane has a heart of gold. She has been a treasure to us. A thousand million thanks to Jane for her magnificent services.

I've used CarePatrol twice in the past two years and can't say enough about how helpful they were in finding an Assisted Living for my mother when we were in a crisis situation AND recently for my stepmother who needed an Assisted Living with a memory unit for her rapidly progressing Alzheimer's Disease. Both Jodi and Steve were knowledgable, helpful and had useful referrals and information to get us through the process. I don't know what my sister and brother and I would have done without them. The process is too overwhelming to do on your own. We are very happy with the outcome.

Sarah was exceptionally helpful and overall just a wonderful person. My family and I would have been lost without her help. Her knowledge and her making of appointments for us at various homes and knowing which ones had availability, was extremely beneficial and removed a huge and stressful burden from me and my siblings. The information packets and checklists she provided were also very helpful. Mary Free Bed put us in a horrible time crunch, moving their ambiguous date of release to one week after we learned my father's diagnosis and what kind of care facility in services would be the most beneficial for him. And again, Sarah is just an angel for everything she did. I am so grateful.

Enjoyed working with Laura! Hard to use then twice within 2 months time! My only disappointment was the shared email with Tonya, as Laura didn't seem to have quick access to the messages or they weren't shared with her in a timely manner.
