Emily at Care Patrol did an oustanding job in helping me find a new care community for my elderly mom. I found Emily to be proactive, human and honest. She did everything she could to find a community that fit my mom’s needs!

Eric Klein was absolutely spectacular! He is an incredible human being in the perfect career. He helped my wife and I through one of the most stressful situations of our lives. He got back to me the same day, dealt with my anxiety, and gave incisive advice from his expertise. My mother, whose dementia was so aggressive she got lost in the bathroom and broke her hip, is now comfortably living in a wonderful memory clinic.

Had to place my mom is Respite Care quickly and I was very Pleased that CarePatrol had me look at Assistant Living Homes very quickly and I was able to find a very nice home for my mom!!!

I was referred to Paula by the nursing home where my son was soon to be discharged after completing PT and OT. He needed assisted living. Linda Kurlander set up appointments at 3 places for me to see. She came with me, asked great questions and sent me a summary of each place we visited. I selected one but it became clear that my son needed a more secure environment since he was tending to wander. Linda quickly found another assisted living place that had an awake staff member at night, 2 staff during the day, and alarms on both exits. We visited and I selected that as a great place to meet my son's needs.. Linda's compassion for me during this difficult time made it a lot easier. My son has adjusted well to his new home. I am so grateful to Linda and Paula and the wonderful, caring service they provide.

Heinz Kosser was very helpful, kind and pleasant to work with. I was glad to have his insight!!

They were very helpful in finding a place for my father.

Connor is a very caring person. Kept me informed every step of the way. I felt so comfortable because of his guidance. Reassuring and sympathetic. Above all of my expectations. Can't say enough for his kindness. Texted and called me on his day off just to see how I'm doing

Care Patrol was a lifesaver for me. They did all the research to find an assisted living home for my dad, while I was being his voice and mind at the hospital. What a wonderful service this is for our aging family members!!
