Jeff and Jacqui were quick to respond to my questions and to find a variety of Board and Care homes for me to visit. They were always positive and on top of things. It was great to work with them on what was a difficult project and tough decision to make.

Eric Klein worked miracles finding safe, secure and quality care for both of my parents. We would have been lost without him. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We will never be able to fully express our appreciation for all that he has done.

Mary Ellen Gilbert and Care Patrol literally saved my sanity...from the moment I spoke to Mary Ellen on the phone, through the placement of my Mom in an assisted living facility and now through follow up after placement, Mary Ellen continues to exceed expectations. She is a consummate professional, goes the extra mile and makes you feel like you're her number one priority. Her guidance and counsel made a very difficult process much easier to navigate and I couldn't imagine going through this experience without her.

Marty was very helpful in finding a senior living facility for my Aunt. I live in CA so this was done long distance. Marty kept me informed either with phone calls or text. My Aunt was a challenge not to mention her “boyfriend” of 22 years. Marty was patient and understanding. I would highly recommend Marty to anyone who is considering moving a love one to assisted living.

I'm about 8 hours drive from my mother and received a call from the local fire department indicating that she wasn't doing well and needed to be put into assisted living. They recommended Tammy and she was awesome! She spent the time to talk with me to get to know what my mother was like so that she could recommend services that would work for her. When my mother transitioned to assisted living, she was there to talk with her to explain everything that was happening, and assuring my mother that she was in control of her life and that Tammy was an advocate for her. That assurance made such a difference! It's only been a week since she made it into assisted living, but my mom is doing great and I think she is going to be so much better off there then she was at her home.

Mere words can never say how much it meant to have support and experience of someone who truly understands the painful decisions that need to be made for a loved one. Using care patrol helped me see some facilities that I had not previously seen. I ended up choosing one of the suggested facilities which has turned out to be a good fit for my mother.
