Our CarePatrol representative, Heinz Kosser, was a godsend to us. He was the epitome of professionalism, mixed with compassion, ethics, knowledge and empathy. He led us through the process of choosing a Memory Care facility for our mom. He answered each inquiry almost immediately and had great suggestions as to which places might work for us, and the strengths of each place. He accompanied us on visits, spent a lot of time on the phone with us, and used email and texts to communicate and to share information. We are confident that, with his help, we have found the very best facility for Mom.
