Navigating the landscape of senior care is a daunting task. We placed my dad in one facility after reviewing online facilities on our own. Four days later, he had fallen more that 3 times and was in renal failure due to dehydration. The hospital recommended Pam with Care Patrol to help us in our search. She did all the leg work for us and was honest about the various facilities. We now have my dad in a safe and caring environment. Pam was the shoulder we needed to lean on during a difficult time!

The lady that we met with was great. We were lost on what to do with my dad. She stepped up and worked with us to find someplace for him. She was knowledgeable and open with us. She talked to us on a level we could understand. Thank you so much.

Overall service was great, the account rep was very helpful and thoughtful. A few of the review sheets on assisted living locations had errors on pricing even though were labeled as current. Not a big issue and the client rep was able to correct it after my visits to the locations.

Excellent service. Eric Klein was wonderful. He was very informative and professional.He showed me some facilities. He followed up to make sure everything was going well. I have been recommending him to several of my friends.

CarePatrol is amazing. I had previously tried A Place For Mom - but they were a joke compared to the service and help I got from CarePatrol. Not only did they help me find a place, but they made the appointments and even went with me. Then, to go beyond what I ever expected, after Mom was placed, they continued to follow up and even helped with a small incident I had. I've already given out their information to 4 other people.
