Krista is very trustworthy and knowlegable. When a family member has to make the decision to place their loved one in a facility, she makes it so much easier. Takes quality time to listen to your concerns and needs, and very capable of answering any question that I had. Shows you facilities that meet your family needs. There aren't enough words to explain how wonderful my experience was, and my father is very happy with his new home. Surrounded with 5 men who has also served in the military and the caregiver is outstanding. I highly recommend Krista, she is very responsible!! She reached out to followed-up on different occasions to check on my father and our family. That is rare now days. She is an A-1 Person!!

The leadership staff at the potential homes we visited all knew Jeff and seemed have a good working relationship with him. He went with us to visit the homes and helped us when we forgot to ask a question by either reminding us or asking the question himself of the staff. Ultimately, CarePatrol helped us identify a place where our family member is happy and fits within the budget we were working with. I would trust Jeff from CarePatrol again if I were looking for help with another family member.

She listens to what you need and doesn't waste your time showing you places that do not meet your criteria. She makes all the appointments for tours and meets you there. She does all the work, and saves you the agonizing task of finding info online - which many places do not post. When you decide on a place, she keeps you up to date when apartments become available.
