Lifesavers! Care Patrol was there to help us through a very difficult process as we were not in the area. The time and care they took to help get our relative into their new place were amazing. The communication was excellent, both in-person and over the phone. I will be recommending their services to everyone I know. I am not sure how we would have been able to do this if they were not involved!

While the women I worked with were very nice, I feel I did 90% of the legwork and they came along for the ride. At one point they asked what care providers I was looking at and then they just made a list from my list and called them for me. Probably 30 minutes worth of work. I was shocked to hear CarePatrol gets paid my first month's rent for their involvement. Almost criminal. They should get $100 - not $6000.

I would definitely recommend Ralph Lindblad from CarePatrol. He was very professional, informative, caring and thorough throughout the whole process. I couldn't have done it without him. He took the time to interview and ask questions regarding my stepmother's needs and medical background. After researching a few places, we found a perfect place for her. I am so pleased and grateful for Ralph's expertise and help finding her new home. Thank you again!

Was looking for a place for mom. I was overwhelmed with so many options to choose from. Aletha helped me find a place for my mom that suited her needs a d her personality. Aletha mad a very difficult decision easy . She toured facilities with me and helped me ask approprate questions My mom is very happy in her new home. Thank you.

Communication and follow-up from the moment of first contact with family members was excellent. We felt that someone was there for us. We felt that we were being informed so that we could address the need to find a great care facility for our 87 year old mother. This was important as several family members live in other states! Not sure what we would have done without this service.
