Cannot express how grateful my family is to MaryAnn of Lehigh Valley Care Patrol. My family was faced with much frustration and stress as we looked for a new and more appropriate Memory Care facility for my aunt. The Flemming Memory Center of Lehigh Valley gave us MaryAnn's card. She was phenomenal! MaryAnn listened to our concerns and the needs of my aunt and with her incredible knowledge of the facilities in the area, she was able to provide us with the names of 3 wonderful facilities. Her help didn't stop there for she scheduled visits with these facilities and went along with us as we met with the directors and toured. She was constantly in touch with us by text or phone listening to our concerns and opinions about each facility, always providing guidance but never trying to influence our decision. After a month, we were able to find the appropriate placement for my aunt. Our family cannot thank MaryAnn enough for all that she has done! She is truly an asset to Care Patrol of Lehigh Valley and all the families who are struggling to find the appropriate placement for their loved ones.

Victoria was fantastic! She spent time getting to know my Uncle and helped him find a wonderful community living arrangement. Victoria was always available to answer questions and made the process of transitioning my Uncle to his new home seamless! Thanks so much!

Nicolet A. helped us find a wonderful place for our elderly mom and was extremely conscientious, knowledgeable and kind. We had some follow up issues with a related matter after mom was placed, and Nicolet was extremely helpful in giving us advice, recommendations and suggestions. The re-hab facility my Mom was in put us in touch with CarePatrol. Laura, the agent assigned to us did a great job. She set up a personal interview to understand our needs and concerns, and provided research to potential assisted living facilities. She also set up and accompanied us on visits to these facilities. Laura kept in touch via emails, texts, and phone calls as required, and made a difficult and stressful process go as smoothly as possible. It was wonderful having such a competent and caring advocate in a real time of need. Thanks again to Laura and CarePatrol.
