I have used Care Patrol on two different occasions - the first time back in 2014 when my mother needed to an independent living community and the second time in January of this year when Mom needed to move an assisted living community after a fall. Care Patrol has been amazing to work with in so many ways. Not only do they have an incredible & comprehensive understanding of the industry, they walk with you through every step, with patience & compassion, always available to answer questions, take your calls & guide you through the process to help you make the right decision for your loved one. I cannot say enough positive things about Care Patrol - they have been a lifesaver to me TWICE in the midst of a very difficult time of trying to find the right new home for my mom while she was going through major health issues. I HIGHLY recommend Care Patrol!!!! Thank you Robin, David & Angela for everything you’ve done for me, my mom and our family.

Rick was great to work with and extremely customer focused. He thoroughly asked about our situation (My wife has Alzeimer's) and focused on our specific needs and future plans. As I work and my open time is minimal, Rick scheduled 4 visits to nearby memory care facilities. The visits were very beneficial as I saw a variety of care approaches. Rick was always prepared and we thoroughly assessed each facility. As a result, we identified a facility that can be ideal for my wife when the time comes. I would highly suggest Rick are CarePatrol.

Jeff was a great help. Not only in setting up appointments and finding facilities in our area, but providing insight and answers to all our questions. I would recommend CarePatrol to anyone in the position of having to find a senior care facility for a loved one.

She balanced quality ratings, location, and environment, and we were able to find a facility that worked for all family members involved in my dad's care. He's been in his new home for one month and is adjusting well. My siblings and I sleep a little more soundly at night knowing Dad has transitioned to a safe place that he enjoys. We were so pleased to have had the Care Patrol recommended by our local Senior Center . Our Care Patrol representative did an exceptional job . Through the whole process she was very professional and thorough . She understood every aspect of this complicated process . First listening to us and learning of our specific needs . We had to place both parents into assisted living , each with very different needs . Further made difficult by limited time available and financial resources . Amazingly she found a facility that went beyond our expectations , meeting every need and then some . We are forever grateful for your hard work !
