Our family worked with Ron Braun and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to our family during a difficult transition period. We were thrown into the world of long term care without much warning and didn’t really know where to start. We were put in contact with CarePatrol and it made all the difference in the world. I felt confident with the information I received and Ron was consistently communicating t9 keep our family involved.

We have used Care Patrol twice to locate senior assisted living for family members. On both occasions we felt that Care Patrol went out of their way to help us find the very best place for our loved ones to live.

Tracy did a great job of helping us navigate a very difficult and emotional time. She listened carefully, with compassion which led us to the right fit for our mom. Without Tracy's knowledge and help, I can't imagine how we would have done this on our own. She has continued to support us after the move, and helped us, her family, make the transition as well.

If I didn't have Lori from care patrol my loved one would not have been in a place that is safe and a good fit for her. I'm so grateful about the resources that she had that helped me find the right place for what my mom needed.
