Al Towery was a great help to me in my effort to place my brother in an assisted living facility. He was extremely caring and professional. I would totally recommend his services to anyone needing some help in this area.

I was looking for an improvement in the food from what I received at my previous location and it occurred. Thank you. The second item was the poor management at my previous location. It is apparent that the present location is much better managed and cares about the individual.

As a Medical Manager, there have been multiple experiences with Laura at Care Patrol Baltimore. No matter the requirements Laura comes up with the perfect solution. Laura listens to the medical and financial needs of the resident, gets information from the family and caregiver, then manages to create the very best fit. Laura makes herself available and promptly answers emails. She demonstrates compassion, understanding, and guidance during a very emotional time. This last placement was during COVID 19 and needed to happen quickly. Laura made it seamless. I give Laura's contact information to all professionals who are not already familiar with Care Patrol. She consistently takes the family from crisis to peace of mind.
