Denise was absolutely wonderful to work with and I could tell that she genuinely cared about our situation and helping us find a better setup for my grandmother. She was able to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond with getting us the help that we needed, even during this crazy pandemic! Would highly recommend!

David was very helpful in answering all of my questions about the next steps for my Aunt. He was able to connect not only with me, but with my siblings and cousins to help make the decision making process easier. David suggested facilities and home care that would best suit our Aunt's needs. I appreciate all of the help that we were given.

Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and very caring. He was able to help us find an assisted living facility for my aunt. We are very grateful for the kindness that he showed our family during such a difficult time.

I worked with Maryann Pickell to find a personal care facility for my dad in Pennsylvania. He had some special needs and she just completely understood. She recommended places I never would have found. She stayed with me the entire process, consistently following up. Extremely responsive, always in a timely. manner. Unfortunately my dad passed away before he was able to transition. But I highly recommend Maryann. She was an a absolute pleasure to work with in a very stressed situation.

A friend who has worked with Shane and Care Patrol recommended her to me AND Shane was on the list provided to us by the Social Worker at Swedish. Shane was very responsive and really seemed to know the elder-care landscape in Seattle. She gave us info, set up calls with agencies and was with us to help us ask the right questions and then debrief after. She has continued to follow up, a week after my dad moved into a new facility. I highly recommend Shane and Care Patrol!

Mary Ann with Care Patrol of the Lehigh Valley was truly a godsend. My mother was not doing well in assisted living and was in and out of the hospital and rehab frequently. Mary Ann told me to take a deep breath and then she asked all about my Mom. She suggested memory care. She made contact with the home for me. My Mom is now in memory care where she can get the assistance she needs with her dementia. I am so grateful to Mary Ann. I can sleep well now!

Barbara Nabors is by far the BEST!!! With the corona virus I was unable to go down to FL to find a place for my brother. She researched so many places and found the best place for him. I can not thank her enough.
