Jane was wonderful, went above and beyond for us!

I can't say enough good things about Care Patrol, from the out reach during a obviously difficult period. To the placement and contact after placement. Once my father fell under the criteria for placement, Care Patrol reached out to me! Talked with me about what kind of facility I felt would best fit my father's needs and personality. Within 2 days my Care Patrol liaison located a wonderful home for my father. The home was clean, it was a "Home", felt like a home and a family of people that truly cared about each individual. My father (as I knew) would have a difficult time adjusting to not being in his own home, the care givers have been calm, reassuring and accommodating. In short, a wonderful experience all around. As if it's not already a challenging time with COVID, to have to find care alternatives for a loved one had been daunting. Having read an article in our local newspaper regarding a recently opened CarePatrol service, we inquired about what they could offer. From the moment we made the inquiry to the time our father began residence in enhanced assisted living, Don and Julie, our CarePatrol representatives, have been with us all of the way...the entire journey. With their knowledge of local elder care communities, they were able to find the 'best fit' for our father will all of the services he requires. Don and Julie were able to share their expertise (in their respective backgrounds) and apply it to everything from the extensive application process, to communicating with care coordinators, even finding a moving service! And, all of this was done with a sense of genuine care, compassion, and commitment. Don and Julie of CarePatrol were truly 'an answer to prayers'!

Honestly, initially I was skeptical about CarePatrol. Not the company itself but what their role was. But Mary Ellen won me over and handled everything! She literally made the process as soothe as possible for me living in another state. Mary Ellen was a perfect liaison between the VA, my father’s new home and me. Thank you again!!!

Emily was a huge help in finding our dad a great facility and coordinating with us, his temporary care facility and the facility he was going to be moving into. She has extensive knowledge of the area, the pros/cons, levels of care and even things you couldn’t think of.

Eric Sailor has been such a great help with placing my Aunt into a wonderful Assisted Living placement. The process took longer than expected due to her not having any personal identification since moving from a neglectful (physically, emotionally, and financially) situation in CA, but Eric helped me with the placement during the entire process. I appreciate all of his assistance and patience. My Aunt loves it there, and she is very happy. I am so grateful for CarePatrol services.
