I had the responsibility of placing my dad and his partner and it was a daunting process! I didn't know where to begin, and in stepped Donna. She was a complete Godsend and I don't know what we would have done without her! She did all of the leg work and arranged everything, she even went with me when I was signing the paperwork. Life here is chaotic without having a layer of stress of not being able to have my Mom home with us and Cindy was great to work with and at times, lean on.

My sister and I contacted Ralph for assistance in placing our daddy into a Memory Care facility. Actually we weren't sure if memory care the way to go for us. Ralph was very attentive and knowledgeable and truly listened to our discussions about our issues. Ralph set up three different ALF's and after discussing more with Ralph afterwards he led us to thinking that Memory Care was probably a better fit for daddy. Ralph stayed in contact with us and we came to the decision that memory care was a better fit for daddy. Ralph set up the tour and met us there and walked us through each step. We would have been totally lost without his input and assistance. I believe that contacting Ralph was one of the best phone calls we ever made.
