My loved one was very difficult to place. My consultant, Petra Perciavalle never quit. She helped me navigate a system I knew nothing about and took care of everything. I am very appreciative of this service and would highly recommend it to anyone in this situation.

We worked with the local Care Patrol ladies in Castle Rock, Colorado. Their support was amazing at such a difficult time. We had to coordinate moving family members to assisted living during the COVID pandemic, including one from our home and the other from a rehab facility. Beth and her team were with us every step of the way, helping us find the right place and making sure that we did not waste time looking at facilities that would not suit their needs and budget. I will be recommending them to any of my friends who need help with finding a safe and supportive place for their aging parents.

Victoria was awesome to work with! It was a difficult and seemingly overwhelming decision to move my parents. Victoria immediately put me at ease with her compassionate and attentive demeanor. Her expertise and connections in the elder care living market were incredibly valuable, saving me precious time by bringing to me only the best choices based on the parameters I gave her! From our very first conversation, she was with me every step of the way! I could not have done this without her and highly recommend Victoria to anyone considering a transition for their loved one!!

Care patrol was very helpful in placing mom. They were caring and concerned. We could not have place her in the right place without them.

We had been told we had 30 days to move my loved one (LO) with early onset frontal-temporal dementia, aggressive behaviors, good physical condition, and elopement risk. Care patrol came highly recommended by my elder lawyer and they did a great job to address our needs and support us through the chaos. They got to work right away to address a critical and time pressing needs. Gave us tips to deal with current facility, helped setup 24-7 care to keep my LO safe at current facility, and quickly identified places in the surrounding areas that specialized and had a demonstrated track record of dealing with cases with my LO condition and behaviors. They certainly made my life easier, brought clarity to the process and were a good sounding board. They attended every virtual site visit (due to COVID19 had to do virtual), ensured our concerns were understood and our questions were answered, and helped me gather info to make an informed decision. I decided to move my LO to in-patient care for evaluation and stabilization prior to moving to a new place. They even helped set up transport and get all the admission paperwork done. They helped coordinate between parties and gave me periodic updates on how things were going. Also made sure I was keeping up with paperwork I needed to submit to keep the process going. Overall, I consider care patrol my angels; they not only took care of my LO needs, but also made sure I was able to take care of mine and my 2 young girls in the process. They worked around my schedule, keep things moving, and made sure every move/step was predictable and well planned. Outstanding work by Todd, Dina, and Julia!

We were so lost trying to find a good fit for my mom where she could get the assistance she needed that we couldn’t provide any longer. Shaun Barnes gave us some great options in her price range and met with her to answer all her questions. We couldn’t be more satisfied!

Received excellent advice concerning the best memory care facilities in my area. The service was excellent and they responded quickly to my many questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.
