Julie Miller was an absolute blessing in helping me and my children move my husband from one memory care facility to another. Her knowledge and expertise was invaluable and her empathy kept us calm and focused. We are forever grateful.

I would have been completely overwhelmed and lost without the tireless help I received from Laura. We were suddenly hit with the news that our mom, who had been living independently in her home of 50 years, would need 24/7 care after rehab, and likely is at the end of her life. Laura has a wealth of knowledge and such a compassionate way of working with people in our situation. The responsiveness to texts, emails and phone calls was always immediate, or as close to it as possible. The situation is still devastating, but this made the load immeasurably lighter.

Exceptional help during a frustrating and confusing situation. This was more than just setting up appointments. This was working behind the scenes to get administrators from both the rehab and assisted living facilities on the same page.

Eric did a fantastic job of finding the right place for my mother. He facilitated and prepped us for numerous facility zoom interviews. He provided unbiased insight into facility and staff abilities and helped us ask the right questions of both the facility and our family. Eric was also especially helpful because of his knowledge and experience with PPA. After we selected a facility, Eric was instrumental in helping us navigate filling out paperwork and working thru a move-in check list.
