CareLinx has been good to work with except my coordinator doesn’t always respond timely. She transitioned to a new role and I have a new coordinator so will see how she responds.

Working with carelinx is very affective, The pay is good and advisers gives cases with flexible times so the caregiver as myself can work around her other clients. I advise caregivers highly to worrk for carelinx.

I am absolutely amazed that my insurance pays for someone to help me with housework and I am so grateful because I could not afford it otherwise. I have had two caregivers and they are absolutely amazing. I love them both. The first was a Baylor student and I lost her when school started. She is a credit to her parents rearing. She worked very hard and would do anything I asked her. My current caregiver is wonderful! She also will do anything and she is fast and her work is excellent! This is one of those things that is too good to be true and I'm afraid it will be canceled any day. Thank you so much for this benefit!!

Giving four star as communication and resolution to your requests from nurse managers and customer service are delayed most of the times. Pay rate could be better as there are agencies now who pay even more. Bonus are offered but not consistent despite having perfect attendance. Pay is on time, not unless you messed up with sending your timesheet. No health insurance, no PTOs, no sick leave since you're self employed and you do your own tax deductions as employers don't deduct it for you. What I like most is the flexibility of choosing my own shift and the facility I want to work with.

My experience working with CareLinx has been great. My account manger Nate, has always been helpful there has never been anything that he can’t help me do.

Working with Carelinx has been a blessing. Training was a breeze, communication to the care family through the app is convenient, submitting time sheets is easy, and there is always someone I can text if I am having any issue, and all issues have been solved in a timely manner.
