So far so good can’t complain
So far so good can’t complain. A lot of paperwork in the beginning but once you get an assignment you sort of hit the ground running. I just like picking my own days, hours and pay!!!

Great company!
CareLinx is a wonderful platform with great customer service. The only reason I give four instead of five stars is that I get multiple calls and texts about the same job sometimes and that I don’t hear back from jobs that don’t work out and don’t know why. It would be helpful to get a text that the client fell through or went with someone else so I’m not waiting to hear back. Also the mobile app leaves much to be desired and is quite slow even on my new iPhone. Otherwise EVERYONE I’ve interacted with is SO pleasant and good at their jobs! Very impressed.

CareLinx didn’t provide days I was looking for. Without work for week. Manager to busy find work nearby SNF places. Just overall not good company to work for.

Too many problems getting paid
Too many problems getting paid. They claim that their app is so wonderful and easy to use and has great benefit of being paid DAILY. Well it would be awesome and true if there was really someone maintaining the app and programs. Every single day I have to complain about not being able to clock in which means I won't be able to submit a timesheet which means I won't get paid. Every single day. So I'm really getting paid bi weekly because it's RARE that anyone gets back to me and even if they did it would only be to tell me they're sorry and they already submitted a follow up ...

We have been reaching out to you to address your concerns regarding the clocking in and out function. Regarding the hours submitted for payment, according to our record your last timesheet hours mismatched from what the facility authorized and will need to be resubmitted. Once resubmitted it will be processed. Please note, at times due to heavy verification it takes a bit longer timeframe than usual. Our goal is to complete processing within 48 hours.
