She is an excellent worker and cook.

I was really pleased with Miriah. She was on time and attended to every need while caring for my husband. He was really happy with the service and asked when I would be going again.

Review of Alexa Berlow I DO NOT, under any circumstances, recommend Alexa Berlow, a caregiver at CareLinx. She is dishonest and charges for work (chores, hours and days) that she never did. It is rare to encounter professionals who so brazenly lie in this way. She was given careful instructions about how to help me after my surgery. She only did 10% (driving me to and from my surgery, picking up my medication from the pharmacy, and sitting in my living room) of what we had agreed upon. She provided absolutely no assistance with profuse bleeding, wound dressing, feeding and drinking, taking medication, going to the bathroom or changing clothes (which I had to do six times). She was also late for our first meeting and never bothered to apologize. Finally, she has an attitude, thinking that she has the knowledge and training to answer all medical issues, even those relating to rare illnesses. In short, she does NOT LISTEN when her clients tell her what they need, always thinking she knows better. In short, working with her was a very stressful experience all round. She does a real injustice to the otherwise decent service at CareLinx.

IT is wonderful that I receive 2 hours a week in help through my health insurance. However, 3-4 would be more helpful. My helper is only able to get my floors and bathrooms cleaned each week and on months that have 5 Wednesdays, we have to skip a week. As I age there is more and more that I have difficulty doing.

An amazing service for which I am thankful.
