When I finally got someone to talk me through how to figure out how get paid everything has gone very smoothly and I have received payments promptly I also receive reminders of upcoming appointments

Overall ok. But app doesn’t always work. Also it’s difficult to communicate issues with a person, not very responsive. I’ve had 1 account on my list for 3-4 months that is wrong payer, and client has contacted Carelinx at least 5-6 times to fix and it’s not, which means unable to work form them.

Responsive coordination. Warm helpful caregiver. I have had only good experiences.

I love working with carelinx because most of the representatives inform me about the job description both verbal and written and gives me flexibility on my schedule which is fair.
