Better system and communication
Better system to work off of. Even the new upgrade has lots of kinks and down time. Rarely reach care advisors and clients are often frustrated with follow up calls that almost never happen...and Dispite my superior service they have very little faith in carelinx

Deshay helped me declutter
Deshay was very helpful with housekeeping tasks that I needed help with. She also accompanied me on two trips to Goodwill where she both loaded and unloaded my car. She really did not have to interact with my husband as his regular caretaker was also on duty.

You all send basic info on clients and not the correct zip code for El Paso, TX location . There isn't just one zip code 52 zip codes.
