Assigned care manager has not been helpful re administrative details for management of caregiver. He has provided incorrect and/or contradictory info/guidance. Unable to get clear step by step instructions for proper payroll processing (withdrawals and employer tax burden). Website is impossible to navigate

They are very helpfully in getting cases for you. And they are doing a great job.

I like how easy it is to navigate the website. And to handle our time cards and take care of all our business. I like how easy it is to get the information that I need once. I have a question when I first came on board. I liked how easy it was to call someone and get information. And I like how easy it was to go through the application process. You makes everything very easy for you to come aboard and have a good experience

The ladies who helped us are awesome at customer service. They cut ties with the tax company if I would have known this I wouldn't have used them. Not only that want to charge an additional fee to keep the tax people like that's crazy If I'm paying for a service that claims to have it as a benefit. Whatever this was a bad move on their part you ask me.

Its hard to get people to call you back advisors take like 3 weeks

Carelinx is a good company. What I like most is being able to apply online for jobs and being able to pick and choose what hours fit my schedule the best. I’ve been a CMA since 2010 and I get a lot of satisfaction working in health care. Carelinx makes it Easy to pick up as many clients as I want and getting paid is only a matter of filling out a time sheet through their App. & then they submit it to the client for approval and the funds go straight in to my bank account. (They of course interview you & do a nation wide background check before you can start working!)
