I am beginning to see why the clients are in despair over this company. They can not get answers and when they do get answers the answers may or my not be true. I have waited months for incentives that were pitched to me to encourage me to take certain clients and or shifts. There is virtually no support for these incentives. You can not see where they have been accepted or rejected. You can not see wether they are in a process are not. Various agents may tel you this or that and I am beginning to understand that these incentives do not exist at all. I believe that Carelinx is lying about the incentives. I also believe that at some point caregivers wil not be paid for services rendered. I have been waiting a week for a client to approve a time sheet. It is already time to go back to the client for another visit.

Hello Tawanda, thank you for taking your time to provide feedback in this review. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and provide clarification. The incentive plans in place for some job listings are paid out separately from your approved invoices for shifts and are contingent upon the prior agreed to pay out schedule for shifts completed and the successful completion of the shift submission form. Delays in timesheet approval can occur if a timesheet or shift verification sheet is submitted incorrectly (ex. overage on hours based off of the available voucher hours the family has to bill, or accidental duplicate invoices etc.) We do have an automatic system in place that approves correctly submitted timesheets within 24-72 business hours. After this time frame, your financial institution determines the timing on deposited funds. Please note: The incentive pay out is separate from the standard invoice payout and can take 10-14 business days to process after successful shift verification sheet submission. In regards to the app, we are working on providing caregivers with line of sight into the remaining hours available each month for shifts to be worked which will help to reduce rejected invoices due to overages. Please note that you may use your app to view the status of your invoices and any notes left from our team with directions on next steps. If you have any questions regarding invoice payment etc. you may call our Payment Operations team at: 888-680 4107. For questions regarding job listings, your account, navigating the app etc. please contact our dedicated team of Caregiver Support Specialists who will be happy to assist: 855-231-4728

This business is the most incompetent, lazy, useless company I have encountered! The recruiters are great but the care advocates rarely respond and are impossible to get a hold of to the clients (4 out of my 5 have reported this). My clients request services and the average time they even call to set things up is 3 months. They rarely respond to me and never call me even upon my request. They are rude including sending me a text in all caps intentionally "yelling" at me, always right, very accusatory and make up stories as to why they are not doing their job. There are several 800 and otherwise numbers to call to get caregiver help but they only answer 1 or 2 questions and then tell me to call another number for the other questions. One senior care advocate told me that it is not about the client, it is about us as the contractor.... I have other examples but too many to tell here. I have already called Kaiser with a complaint, hopefully they will really take appropriate actions. Below it asks for date of experience, it has been with almost every interaction I have had since I started in Feb.

I have enjoyed working with CareLinx and how the app keeps the time you clock in and out since I do not have set times with my client. However, their phone Customer Service is lacking.. I have tried a dozen + times to talk to a live person, finally got my clients Care Advisor to call, I was on the phone and couldn’t answer, i immediately returned her call, and I’m still waiting and that was on a Thursday and it’s now Sunday. The reason is because my client is now on hospice and asked United Health for more hours and on the CareLinx app it showed I have 20 hrs per week, after emailing, calling, due to timesheets being rejected, I have still not been paid or an explanation of why it shows that many hours.. will only be paid for 8hrs per month. So.. not too happy and neither is my client.

Hello Lisa, We appreciate your feedback and this review. We are glad to see that you've been able to provide the support your friend has needed under our 'bring your own caregiver' vetting and hiring option that we offer to our Clients. Please note, that upon enrollment, our Members are educated on the available hours and eligibility provided by their insurance plan and they have the option to accept or decline enrollment at anytime. With this particular benefit provided by the Member's insurance, there is not an option for adding hours to the standard free 8 hours/month allotted. There may have been a misunderstanding somewhere between the insurance and the family's conversation about medical in home care which is a separate benefit from the partnership with us for non-medical care. We would suggest for the Member's family to call United Health Care (# on back of insurance card) for clarification on all of the benefits available to her. For this reason, the high overages on invoices submitted were rejected because the 8 hour maximum had already been met. We can see this discussion was had on 4/1 and a request for a callback from the Member's assigned Care Advisor was completed on 4/3 with a voicemail being left explaining that there were no changes in the available hours/month. If you have any other questions, comments or concerns, please call our dedicated team of Support Specialists at 844-344-5374
