I love carelinx. I would love to take on more clients unfortunately there just aren’t enough days in the week. I had an incident where a client was racist to me and my supervisors immediately took action. I was reimbursed for my time and able to drop that specific client without penalty to me for walking off a job. With the racial tension in the world today I am grateful to work for a company that MEANS what they say about integrity and honoring their staff.

Alexandrea is an Angel from heaven!!! She is helping us in so many ways! She is professional, knowledgeable and joyful when she is working. She is incredibly gifted and can come up with solutions to problems we have encountered. Her help far surpasses the PT/OT home health people who have come. We are so grateful to have found her during this difficult time in our lives.

Sometimes the pay doesn't be on time, especially when you work on Thursday and Friday and Saturday it takes longer for pay.. otherwise there is no other complaints.

The care advisor are hard to contact with, can’t call or text back!

Great company! They keep in touch periodically to check on the person receiving care and the person providing care. Customer service is also good, they reply when you make an inquiry. Jobs are definitely not lacking, just the hours being requested by participants are unfortunately not good for people that have other jobs but, I guess these are great for retirees. Staffs are great! Hope to continue working there for a while Because I love the participant I'm caring for.
