waste of time and money
1. Note that CarEdge Concierge is NOT a broker and will not take care of the necessary paperwork. I should have done more research ahead of time. 2. The "negotiation" is limited at best and they're not going to get any discounts that you could not have negotiated yourself. None of the discount they mentioned came close to CarEdge Concierge's fee and one quote was higher than the advertised price by nearly $5k. 3. It was net more work and less responsive to go through CarEdge Concierge than to contact the dealership directly. My messages to the concierge were being ignored on the weekend and when he finally responded by saying that the dealership hadn't gotten back to him. I called the dealership directly and got a hold of the salesperson immediately. Caveat Emptor

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear the Concierge service didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points. CarEdge Concierge is not a broker. We don’t take a fee from dealerships, and that’s intentional—our model is built so we can remain 100% on the side of the customer. While we assist with sourcing vehicles, negotiating fair pricing, and offering strategic guidance, we do not handle the final paperwork or delivery logistics. That role always remains with the dealership. As for the negotiation results, outcomes can vary depending on the market, vehicle availability, and dealer willingness to engage. That said, your feedback on communication delays and responsiveness is something we take seriously, and we’ll be reviewing it internally to improve the experience. We appreciate you giving the service a try and are glad you were ultimately able to connect with a dealer and move forward. If you have any lingering questions or would like to provide more detail, we’re always open to the conversation. Best regards, The CarEdge Team
