information about cars is fine but paying for negotiations very bad choice, it's been few days and I have to still waiting so if the dealer doesn't respond you get screwed, how good is that, so it's the same as you go to the dealer and waste a lot time. They make you wait couple days to see if dealer respond, they didn't so I want to cancel but the cancellation is before 72 hrs

Hector, thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it is when dealerships are slow to respond, and we are sorry that the process felt slower than expected. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!

Community help - not very helpful
Great resources and videos from Ray and Zach for buying/leasing cars. Posting in the community is risky however. Be prepared to be insulted - especially if you are a woman. Feedback from the "experts" can be harsh. As if it isn't difficult enough for a single woman navigating the car buying/negotiating experience as it is with biased dealers, to hear the condescending feedback from "Igor" stating that I have a "problem." Harsh and unnecessary. The community feedback should be monitored. Please be nice. We're not all experts like you, Igor.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really sorry to hear that your interaction in the community left you feeling disrespected. That’s not the kind of environment we want to foster. The CarEdge Community should be a supportive space where everyone feels comfortable asking questions and learning, especially when navigating something as stressful as car buying.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll review the feedback and moderation process to make sure the space stays welcoming and constructive for everyone.

Not any cheaper
I worked with two different people from Car Edge and the prices were not any cheaper than I could find myself. I would not recommend this service.

Dear CarEdge Team,
Dear CarEdge Team,
I wanted to share some feedback on my recent experience, as I was left quite disappointed with the level of service I received.
When I signed up, my expectation was that the negotiator would work to at least match, or ideally beat, some of the offers I was already seeing. Instead, the offer presented to me was over three hours away, which was impractical. I had gone out of my way to create a spreadsheet with nearby dealership offers, but it did not appear that this information was meaningfully reviewed. The response I received was that some dealers would “probably add fees,” but it seemed no actual effort was made to confirm what those fees were.
My hope was that the negotiator would do the research and save me the time and effort. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. For example, I later visited a closer dealership myself and was able to secure a larger discount on a similar car with more features, along with a better trade-in value.
The process also took quite a long time, which I was prepared to accept if it meant more thorough attention. Instead, it left me feeling like my case was an afterthought. And realistically, had I gone with the offer provided, I would have faced six to seven hours of round-trip driving for a less competitive—or at best equivalent—deal. That simply didn’t make sense and added to my frustration.
Overall, I don’t feel the service provided the value I expected or paid for. Perhaps it was just this particular experience, but I did not feel that my needs were heard or prioritized. Based on this, I don’t believe I will be using the service again.
I hope this feedback is helpful.

Really bad experience, a scam!
I engaged Caredge for their Concierge service where you provide the exact car that you want by sharing the VIN number so that they can go straight to the seller and negotiate on your behalf. On Thursday afternoon I paid $399 and early evening that day I received an email and a text from Ryan Daily welcoming me to Caredge. He is the top dog for Concierge. As of Saturday at Noon I have yet to hear from anybody there despite having reached to Ryan to complain about their lack of communication. I have been totally ghosted. I called today and spoke to a lady who told me that probably they had nothing to report yet, thus the silence. Not buying it. I requested a refund and she told me that nothing could be done until Monday but that she would reach out to my assigned person to get an update on the car. I declined and called my credit card company to dispute and have the charge reversed. A scam, period. Do not touch these guys.

I have been hounded by dealers and have…
I have been hounded by dealers and have had 147 blocked spam calls since signing up. I emailed them and told them to delete my phone number. Haven't heard from the "car edge team". I will never use or recommend them

They sell your info to dealers
I signed up as I am doing some research on buying a new car, I like the fact that I can get a lot of info on the car with the subscription that I otherwise would not have. What I don't like is that they sell you info to dealers. Within 2 minutes of subscribing my phone started to ring off the hook. Within the past 1 hour I have recieved12 calls, 8 texts and 7 emails from dealers. I just wanted to do some research and had I known they were selling my contact info I would not have signed up. I emailed their support and was told it would take 48 to 72 hours to resolved, what ever that means.

Thank you for your honest feedback—and I’m really sorry for the frustration this caused.
To clarify, we do not automatically share your information with dealers. There is a dedicated path where you can choose to be contacted by selected dealers to begin negotiations, but you are never required to opt into that in order to access vehicle data or research tools. Many users explore our platform without ever submitting their contact information to a dealership.
It sounds like you may have unintentionally submitted your contact info through that dealer connection path. Once that happens, we do need to work with our dealership partners to remove your information—which is why we let you know it can take 48 to 72 hours to fully process the opt-out. I know that's not ideal, and we’re actively working to shorten that timeframe.
We genuinely appreciate you calling this out—it helps us improve the experience for everyone. If there’s anything more we can do to make this right, we’re here to help.

Don't use them to negotiate
My concierge literally texted the dealership twice. Got $500 off the price, and did not do anything else. The range they said they would aim for was between 7k and 12k off the car. I showed them the text chain I was sent, and they stood by that as an acceptable negotiation. He offered to do another car. He got them to remove the $599 prep fee and that was it. Do not waste your time with them. They stand by doing the bare minimum.
