CarEdge provided my wife and I with the information we needed to negotiate a fantastic lease on Subaru Outback during the time of COVID. The car acquisition resources they provide to the public are transparent mostly free and extremely helpful. We are getting ready to buy again and CarEdge is our go to. The negative reviews are for the most part laughable: trolls or disgruntled competition.

The company provides some great insight into how to buy a car and what to ask. They also provide great info on MSRP, Invoice pricing and a good "deal price". I was actually able to get a better deal than what they said I could (maybe because this is the 5th car I have purchased from the same dealer) BUT The data on Caredge made me sure I was getting a good deal! Also - their videos are priceless and great education! I waited to purchase until They told me to (well and everyone else on their videos!)

I just bought a certified Mazda CX 30, using the concierge service at Car Edge. A special shout out to Jonathon and Brian who worked to find me the right car, then went to work getting the best deal for me. My car was even delivered to my house. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to skip the dealership and everything that entails. Outstanding service! I'm 60 and have done many car deals over the years and just hate the dealership negotiation games. I wanted to trade-in my 2007 Tacoma TRD for a new 2024 Tacoma TRD. So I decided to give the CarEdge concierge service a try. Here was my events timeline: (1) Thursday evening, I sign up for CarEdge and set the introductory call with my concierge (Dee) for Friday midday. (2) Friday noon Dee and I get on a video call. He explains the steps and the process, and I give him the vehicle, spec, and options I want. (3) Friday evening Dee emails me 5 vehicles to review. I send him feedback. (4) Saturday morning Dee sends me 2 more vehicles to review and we chat via phone deciding to negotiate on two vehicles. Dee reconfirms the NET OTD with trade-in with the dealership and we are all set. (6) Monday AM, we head to the bank for a cashier's check then drive to the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership, they confirm my truck (10 minutes) and I inspect the 2024. Once complete I handed the salesman the cashier's check and were whisked off to the finance office. We declined all the extra's and the OTD perfectly matched my net trade-in cashier's check. (7) After a brief 90 minutes at the dealership and NO haggling we drove off with our new Tacoma TRD Offroad! (8) Price... $1,870 BELOW window sticker so with this dealers normal fees a TOTAL SAVINGS of $3,320 on a vehicle that is rarely discounted. So the CarEdge concierge fee was well worth the money. Outstanding!

Have had bad experiences with extended service contracts in the past when purchased at the point of sale. Got one from car edge through a company they use and so far so good. It’s already paid for itself. Also used their self service car info to negotiate for a new car for my spouse. Got a good deal without having to pay them for their full service.
