The entire process from initial contact to final delivery went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. Connor, my concierge, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was responsive, quick to provide all necessary documents, and very knowledgeable when navigating the nuances of an out-of-state car purchase. Everything was taken care of ahead of time so when I showed up at the dealership they literally shook my hand and gave me the keys. The post-sales support from Colette support was also exceptional. When my local DMV was slow to respond, she stepped in immediately and took the lead to resolve the issue. If you’re on the fence about using the CarEdge Concierge, don’t be. They make the process painless and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommended.

I have purchased cars in the past using many of the techniques that CarEdge teaches (including and especially "working the phones" rather than visiting and getting trapped for hours at dealerships), and this time given the "wild west" nature of car dealerships of all brands here in the Tampa Bay market, I decided to outsource the legwork to CarEdge's Concierge service. Talk about money well spent! I was connected with Thomas T. to serve as my concierge/partner in the process, and he was the right man for the job. I was looking for new 2026 Hyundai Palisade in a very specific trim level and color combination, of which there are few available, and Thomas was able to locate 3 within a 100-mile radius of my location, including one dealership a bit further drive away who was willing to minimize the add-on fees that the others nearer Tampa wouldn't budge on. He actively worked the deal and maintained consistent and thorough communication throughout. He then worked the trade-in angle only AFTER the OTD price was established and agreed upon. Upon our arrival to the dealership, the quoted numbers remained unchanged (although the dealership did use every delay/wear-down tactic in their playbook to try to squeeze extra profit out of me...and failed, thanks to Thomas' coaching), and we finally drove off in our new vehicle satisfied that we got the best deal possible for a vehicle that is currently one of the hottest on the market. I recommend CarEdge and the Concierge service, and Thomas T. in particular, with no hesitation and with great enthusiasm!
