Stuart was great! He found the car very close to my desired configuration and negotiated $3,600 below MSRP on a new 2026 Porsche Cayenne I didn't think this was possible at a Porsche dealer. Stuart kept in touch with updates and made the process very smooth taking the pressure off shopping and negotiations. Debbie was great help in onboarding me to the process, and her general advise and candor was great. I did find the swap from her to Stuart a bit jarring. There was a window of time with no contact with either. I would have preferred the one point of contact through the process instead of two or a clear hand off point.
