Your miles may vary depending on the outsourced person they assign you for their Concierge service. Mine was very bad and missed simple things that I wouldn't have missed if I negotiated personally which in the end cost me more money and more of a headache. I was refunded most of the cost but even that wasn't enough because the sale of the car cost me MORE than if I just negotiated on my own. The most disturbing thing was that I was referred a "dealer" by caredge to get me a second key that was missing from the vehicle I purchased and when I called that person my phone went crazy saying hang up immediately that this is a scam. I looked up the number and my phone was right, this number was NOT a dealership or even who they claimed to be. Car edge referred me to a dealership for a new key and programming at their lower cost that turned out to be a spoofer trying to steal my info and money. I was so pissed that I didn't even care to message them about it. This isn't even including the fact that the car was missing some mats and the shipping to my location was so delayed I ended up paying so much for a rental car as I had no vehicle for over 3 weeks. The estimated shipping was also 50% more than they estimated the price to be. Car Edge says they won't refund more than I paid and refunded me just 850 leaving me with and expensive missing key at 1449 to replace. At the end of the day I recommend to stay far away from this service as they just don't have consistent systems in place to assure you have piece of mind and that you don't get financially screwed or scammed.

I hired the caredge.com concierge service to help me buy a Hyundai Ionic 5 SE(AWD). They gladly took my money and assigned me a concierge. I am from AZ and would be staying in Palm Springs for the next 3 weeks. I hired them in late May, Hyundai was offering $8,750 HMD on the vehicle. So the concierge negotiated an Ionic 5 (RWD) and it seemed pretty good. I would settle for that. But when the dealer got in touch with me, he began to tell me the hoops I would have to jump through to buy this CA car. He said they would have to drive the vehicle 3 hrs. to the CA/AZ border where I would have to sign an affidavit to pay AZ sales tax/registration. Then they would drive the car back to Palm Springs where it would sit for several weeks until sales tax and registration was processed. I could then take possession of the car in Palm Springs. Then he told me to get The HMD I would have to finance the vehicle. The trade-in of my vehicle was another thing the concierge did not disclose to the dealer. So, I talked to my concierge about how angry I was that none of this was disclosed to me in the beginning. The concierge should have known this! But he went on vacation for 5 days in the middle of all of this. He said the manager would get a hold of me. I was ghosted by the dealership. I told my concierge about a vehicle in Reno, Neveda, An AWD car! "Let's move on" I said. The manager told the concierge that they had "left a voicemail". Then Hyundai dropped the $8,750 HMD to $7,000 while the concierge was livin' La Vida Loca. And, the concierge believed the dealer instead of me, so I asked for a Caredge manager. I called and asked 6 times. No one from Caredge would call me. I paid the concierge fee, lost and additional $1,750 on the price of a vehicle. My concierge took the side of the dealer. My concierge then told me I would have to pay a$500 re-start fee. 6 times I tried to get help from Caredge. Don't use them.

I engaged the concierge service to help with a limited availability model - expecting more to place a pre-order and wait a few months than for a car exactly matching my preferences to be available. The concierge went straight to a search without any discussion, and a week later found a car matching most - but not all options - plus a bunch of add-ons. I said no because it wasn't a great deal - extra costs on dealer options, extra costs on shipping, and I'd be on my own to handle registration and title taxes. The concierge didn't like my response and tried pressuring me into taking the deal. He assumed I was desperate to get a new car ASAP, but what I really wanted was a good deal with no rush.

This is the second time I am using the service first time it was mediocre but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, second time has been the most horrible and unprofessional experience that I had. I don’t see why I should use your “service” ever again. Caredge uses SUBCONTRACTORS that are on the dealer’ side to do the job, there is nothing “concierge” about the service. One month after the “experience” and not been able to buy a car, no one from Caredge has even give me a call but they for sure kept my $1,000

CarEdge doesn't work and is not worth it in my experience. I identified a vehicle of interest at a specific dealer and CarEdge sent one automated message to the dealer. There was never any response, follow up or other action by CarEdge, and based on my experience their platform doesn't work. I waited three weeks for reply or follow up, but nothing. When I asked for my money back they only returned one half of the annual subscription amount, even though I had received no value from the platform and used the platform only that one time.

My experience was terrible and a waste of time. Content and the focus is to bash and create false information on the platforms to get "credibility". When you focus on those items, You begin to run out of truths and start misleading people.

I would never use this service again. I signed up because I am an extremely busy single mom who works full time and wanted to outsource the car buying process in order to save me time and money. Unfortunately, it did neither. They weren't very upfront about how the service worked or what was included / excluded. They didn't follow my very clear requests for what I needed, which required much back and forth, and ultimately a change in the people who were managing my transaction. They had me put down a deposit for a vehicle that fell through and I have NOT received my deposit back. And they ultimately delivered a vehicle that was not registered or titled or plated so now I have to take time off work to go do that myself. So ultimately, I ended up paying this company that cost me MORE time and money throughout this entire process.

What a miserable experience, and huge rip off. Beat the Dealer? The DEALER beat THEM on multiple occasions. Experienced a lot of ineptitude, and overall their communication SUCKS. They couldn’t get me the car I wanted, I ended up doing that on my own after the fact. Please heed this warning and DO NOT waste your hard earned money with these clowns!!
