We used the Caredge AI negotiator and found it extremely helpful. We opened negotiations on 4 vehicles and the AI asked all the questions. It allowed us to choose how aggressive we wanted to be. It was great we didn't have to ask the questions of each dealer. Took a lot of stress out of a major decision. Unfortunately we made the mistake of taking a dealer's word instead of getting it in writing. The good news is that we were prepared for negotiations after watching Caredge videos and were able to get the dealer to take off an exorbitant destination charge of $2495 and the etching for $399. They tried to hard sell us on several other options but we held firm and walked out the door with a new Pathfinder platinum for $42,000 plus applicable taxes and fees.(MSRP $53,400) This was $2000 less than the 3 other dealers. We felt fully prepared for battle and felt we did well with Caredge help. If Caredge could improve the interface of putting a photo of the car next to the dealer name during negotiations that would be a big help in remembering which vehicle is which.Would highly recommend this service!
